Today, a short news to keep you informed about the production of Exquis keyboards:
We recently validated the final mold corrections for the instrument shells, and therefore gave the signal for their “mass” production. The production of the other elements of your Exquis is now all underway, some having already arrived or on the way:
Arrival of Deluxe rods (cork and 3 shades of wood), non-slip pads
As we write these lines, the production schedule is suspended until our factory announces the day of shipment of the plastics, that is to say the hulls of the Exquis. Once we are aware of this day, we will be able to determine the first day of production and therefore the start of shipments.
In any case, our partner has committed to delivering the hulls to us before the end of November. Production and shipments should therefore begin between the last week of November and the first week of December. In both cases, all Exquis keyboards will be assembled and delivered worldwide before the Christmas holidays 🙂
Regarding the shipping of your Exquis, two weeks ago we started sending emails allowing you to check your delivery address or pay your shipping costs, starting with shipments to France to test our process. We will therefore continue sending emails today and in the coming hours for shipments to the rest of the world.
Moreover, there are still a few people who have not provided their choice of customization for the Deluxe version; if this is the case, you will have received emails or will receive reminders on this subject. If this is still the case at the time of shipment, the shipment of your order will be pending and you can be contacted personally.We will obviously not fail to send you a little news to announce the start of assembly and shipping, the rest will of course be told to you by the delivery service 🙂
